- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of the return authorization email.

- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
